Dress is amazing! I'm normally UK 8 or 10, this dress in small suits me perfectly. It's quite long, but I will probably go and get it taken in a little bit. All in all the dress is just simply gorgeous! The communication with store is amazing as well! Helped me with my shipment with no probably, as I had to do DHL fast shipping last minute. Super friendly! I have nothing else to complain. Although a side note is that, the sparkly sequins keep coming off everywhere, so be aware of it ;)

Great. Long waited. Therefore, it is better to order in advance, at least a month 1.5 before the event. But norms. Not yet tried on. But I like it. Hope the quality of tailoring is good!!! If yes, I will order more.

It's D is massive beautiful! You can't really see how cute it is by the pictures, I love it. i can't wait to use it. Thanks to the store. My height is 1,66 weight 66kg and normally use size 38-40 an m was enough, I have 109 wide hip and it's perfect stretch a lot, I recommend it for curvy girls looks beautiful.

Do you provide tracking information?

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of fleepmart (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
