Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

Wow!! Listen, I didn't expect such quality. The dress is perfect just like in the picture and the size is good. I'm an S-M in Israel and I took the medium because I didn't want it to be too short or too tight, and I'm glad I did that. So if you're like me, borderline or between sizes, take a size up. You can also tighten the corset.

The truth is, I was surprised by the quality of the dress and the shipping time was perfect.
I will give an honest review because all the others are fake! The dress is great, thick fabric, the straps are thick and firm, the drawstring at the back when pulled shapes the waist well, looks beautiful on the body, beautiful and quality fabric and design, saw some finishing issues but still worth it! I usually wear M but ordered P because I wanted it to fit snugly and accentuate the waist. It turned out perfect, but if I gain a little weight it won't fit! About the store's service and shipping process: TERRIBLE, really, the shipping process of this store was the worst I've ever seen here on AliExpress, they took almost a month to ship, they only sent it because I complained to support and messaged them saying I was going to cancel! Even so, I think it was worth it! Before buying this model on AliExpress, I got a quote from the official store that manufactures this dress to ship to Brazil, and it came out to around 1400 reais. Therefore, even with the delay in delivery here, it was worth it.
