Im 5'4, 130 with DD and a 32 band size (so Im on the smaller end of the boob size since my band is so small). I got a medium and it fits perfectly. Keep in mind that the inside is white, instead of red. Makes the dress look a little cheap but the original is expensive so definitely worth the price for the design. The quality of the stitching and fabric is amazing for the price.
